Here is the basic information update you are inquiring about:
One case report of a 32 year old mother taking 5 to 10 mg/day between
1 and 7.5 weeks postpartum. "There were no adverse events reported in
the infant."
" ... 8 breastfeeding women taking an average of 10 mg/day ... The
drug and its metabolite were undetectable in most of the infants
tested. No adverse events in the infants were reported."
There are 2 references dated 2006 replacing the manufacturer's
information sheet.
