I am so excited!! I have a meeting tomorrow with our director of the Women 
and Infant's Center where I am the lead LC, and we will be discussing if, how 
and when to BAN THE BAGS!! She is very open to the idea and anything I have 
to share. 

I will be sharing the evidence-based data from the ban the bags website, the 
list of other hospitals who have banned the bags, as well as our corporate 
compliance brochure. 

The director did mention to me today that maybe what we can do is to 
provide the formula bags to ONLY formula feeding moms who state they want 
to do nothing but formula feed. Personally, I want to steer clear of that 
scenario and go NO BAGS. The bags are too tempting to our staff, who want 
to give them away like candy because they feel sorry for the moms who don't 
get that neat little milk storage bag, lysol spray and razor that are offered. 

Is there any way to convince her to get rid of all of the bags, and not keep 
any on our floor. Suggestions would be appreciated!
