I recoil at the title of this Time C-section article? Just like Jif peanut
butter: Choosy mothers choose caesarean.
Seriously, it is interesting that professional knowledge and exposure to the
inherent risks of a vaginal birth are causing more women to choose C-section
births. But it bothers me when C-sections are promoted as a societal
norm--and women just have to ask for it! Is that not how formula bottle
feeding also got to be viewed as more normal than breastfeeding?
