Ok ladies here goes...
Baby of 6.5 weeks age gainly overly well (9.1 at birth 13 pounds last tuesday)
and has clickign at the breast with large air inflow. Mom presents with
oversupply and let down that is non stop (at least every minute if not 30-45
seconds) Baby took over 4 oz in less than 5 minutes. Clicking at breast gets
better with football hold and chin pressure to lift tongue but baby will not
football on left breast. No tongue tie (3 have checked). Have tried nipple
shield for let down, pumping, one breast for 4-6 hours with self expression
before to latch. What else can be done? Supply is lower but let down is out of
control even with postural feedings (mom on back). air is causing a very fussy
baby and getting mad at breast. email privately and to group.
