Could someone explain to me why commercial soap, is going to be 'better'
at cleaning a wound, than anti-inflamm, anti-bacterial, breastmilk?
After all, it's not like the 'wound' isn't also being cleaned a dozen
times a day by a baby's sucking on it. So I can't understand why,
between mother's normal personal hygiene routine, the baby's mouth, and
breastmilk applied over the 'wound', soap would also be needed to
actually 'clean' the nipple?
Confused.
