I will have to scan for you a photo of a bottle of expressed breastmilk that
I collected when I was relactating. It looks like it could be 25% fat (as
you say the fat makes it difficult to measure). An indication that I was
good at emptying the breast as much as possible I think. It would be very
interesting to look at composition during the process of relactation.

I highly doubt anyone makes milk at a 33% concentration. The ranges I saw
in
my brief look at Lawrence were up to 6% only.
