Jaye,
Even though mother states she has no history of PCOS, or other issues, maybe
she was never tested for any of this, nor does she know the subtle signs of.
Perhaps she should have some hormonal levels done. It seems if she had a
very successful lactation with baby #2, then she does not have breast
hypoplasia, but could certainly have borderline low thyroid or slightly
elevated testosterone, or something like that.
