Call her bluff on the "education" bit. Ask for the teaching credentials or
certification of the sales rep. (I doubt if he/she would have any - their
degree is more likely in business or commerce I assume).
Or ask to submit the session to IBCLC for continuing education credits. I
assume that it wouldn't qualify???
