Droppers can work. I recommend that the baby latch and suck in order to 
get food, that way we are not teaching them that food will fall from the 
sky without any effort on their part. We don't need to make them do it 
perfectly, but crossing a gloved finger across their lips until they 
open, and sliding the finger in, then  placing the dropper at the lip 
and delivering milk when the baby sucks can help the baby learn what he 
needs to do at breast.

Teaspoons are wonderful too for getting a few drops of colostrum into a 
sleepy/hungry baby.
