I've just watched Dr. Lennart Righard's video "Delivery Self-Attachment",
which is based on his study published in The Lancet (1990, Volume 336, 1105-
07). I've searched for this study online but have come up empty.

In his video, it is stated that "most of the infants from medicated births were
too drowsy to be able to suckle at all". Does anyone know how "medicated" is
defined in this study?

Thanks,
Julie Conaway, RN
