Brenda,

I think, depending on how many births your hospital does each 
month/year, you should be able to find good sources for free-bees from 
friendly companies.

Look in the back of magazines like Mothering and other 
breastfeeding/batural family living publications -- those advertisers 
will often offer coupons, free samples, etc. for your bag.  I'm 
thinking companies like Burts Bees, gdiapers, Motherwear (nursing 
clothing), sling salespeople, etc. would be happy for the chance to 
advertise their products and promote breastfeeding in your handouts.  
I could be dead wrong...but it seems logical to me that lots of folks 
have only to gain from this partnership.

Also, be sure to get schedules from your local LLL Groups, if you have 
a breastfeeding consortium locally, get their publications and 
information, etc.  

It probably won't be easy, but if you succeed, it will be well worth 
the effort to get rid of those insidious bags!
