Has anyone thought about the relationship with Induction and the use of
Pitocin ( this particular hormone very close to the Antidiuretic hormone)
and edema. When I had worked as an inpatient LC we had seen many mothers
with late onset lactogenesis and edema after many hours of induction (
because no-one delivers without the use of Pitocin) and the epidural.
