I spoke with Donna Geddes of the Hartmann Research Lab.  She said she is
going to ultrasound a non-lactating breast, attempt to induce let-down
with oxytocin and see if there is duct dilation similar to lactating
women - which would explain "phantom" let-down!  That's what I suspect
is happening and since let-down is a conditioned reflex, it would make
sense!  Your body just doesn't forget that.
