I was so perturbed by the idea that people felt the mother had had her 
rights violated by Unicef in the making of this video, I contacted them 
and asked for them to confirm that the mother took part after full 
discussion, and that she was aware of both the filming, and the 
implications in terms of distribution.

This is the response from them:

"We have discussed it with the mother. Her face is masked to protect her 
identity.
It is a teaching video with no commercial interest. I am happry that you 
have liked it.
