I researched MS for a client of mine, She was off her meds and doing fine at the time, but was concerned. She had no plans to go back on meds unless she needed to, but there is actually very good evidence that breastfeeding reduces the risk of MS in children whose mothers bf them. Most sources do not consider breastfeeding to be a concern for moms with MS. More importantly, though, is that there is very solid evidence that MS is a nutrition-mediated disorder. There are many reports of MS symptoms reversed on healing diets such as vegan, raw food diets.
