Jacqui,  Babies need 8-12 feedings every 24 hr day.  I agree that he likely is not taking in enough of your milk at this point.  I recommend pumping 6-8 x per day and feeding him all of the milk you pump.  2 oz 8 x per day, or 1-2 oz 10-12 x per 24 hr day.  I've experienced the sleepiest and most uninterested babiesn accept finger feeding.
