I can't remember all with this case (as I'm dealing with two challenging ones of my own)...but, does baby seem hypertonic & clamp down to control flow? Does he nurse quite frequently? Just thoughts...maybe GERD (course there are many other things to look for if GERD is suspected), just thought I'd throw that out there. High palate?
