When my colleagues and I had worked at the Cleveland Clinic, we had a 
mother who ended up prenatally with the same symptoms.  She was diagnosed 
with ductal cancer.  We were co-consulted with the physicians of the 
Maternal Fetal medicine department.  She had breast asymmetry with nipple 
inversion and severe edema.
