Exactly, Marianne! Providing references lends credibility---which is why companies of all sorts use the strategy.
Wouldn't it be the use of questionable research as "proof" that makes the technique un-mammalian-worthy?
Even though the general public should be cautious about references, we hope they ARE impressed with "Just One Bottle" because this time the references are worthy!
