I was told my an individual on the list the following
"Don't you think you should first contact Marsha Walker to obtain her
permission to "rewrite" Just One Bottle? As you are a member of LACTNET, her
address is available to you. This article has been around for a long time. Your
post on LACTNET comes across as somewhat disrespectful to Marsha.
Perhaps instead of posting for all to see, you might have contacted her, first.
Also, aren't you concerned about violating the IBLCE Code of Ethics for not
recognizing copyright status? "
As I just responded
I can assure you I meant no disrespect to Marsha or intended to violate
copyright laws - I merely wondered if there was anything at a lower
reading level.
I had no idea that my post could be taken in this manner and if anyone else
saw it as disrespectful I do apologize.
