Basically, you breastfeed ad lib and either:
-supplement any EBM given with extra protein, calcium and phosphorus (we use NeoSure powder added to EBM to 22 cals - not for the calories, but for the protein, calcium and Phos),
OR
-supplement with?1-3 feeds/24 hrs with NeoSure 22 cal formula (based on needs for protein, calcium and phos calculated by RD).
