I too have not found one bottle that I would recommend for all. It really
depends on what the issue is. If a baby is preterm or has a weak suck for
other reasons, then a bottle that requires too much work for this baby will
not work. If it takes 1 hour to get an 1 ounce in(mother's milk, hopefully),
then the situation to get the baby fed will not work. I find that picking
the nipple is a matter of trial and error. I try the one that the mother has
(if she already has one) and go from there. I work out of the hospital, so
baby is already home. All bottle nipples are not the same. They all claim to
