I have used these enfamil slow flow nipples for paced bottle feeds when
supplementing is needed. They seem to work well when the baby is held
upright and the bottle is kept as horizontal as possible filling the nipple
and letting the baby pace the feed. Ann Anderson, IBCLC NJ
