Casey queries us about milk sinuses:
<<My thoughts are this. I know that technically we now know there are not =
milk=20
sinuses per se. But there was a time when, believing there to be milk si=
nuses,=20
part of our understanding of latching a baby was to make sure the baby=20=
latched deeply enough to reach the milk sinuses>>

You are right -- no milk sinuses -- they evolved into the "Sweet Spot" --
the spot where babies have to latch to get a good MER.
And I've found exactly what you have found -- especially in multips that
have nursed several babies. Seems as though the breasts droop, but the "sweet
spot" doesn't move.
Observation only, friends -- don't go looking for a reference.
