I am trying to use an informed consent for our breastfeeding mothers to sign if 
they wish their baby be given formula. I need to run it by are Utilization 
Review and the Pediatricians. Can you steer me in the direction of the 
literature of hazzards of giving formula. We all know that  babies wean sooner 
when given formula. My concern is litigation for giving a baby formula without 
signed consent. I have it to show the Pediatricians but I want literature to 
back me up if they ask for it.
