I don't know enough details of the study design to say, but I saw 
that Amy Spangler and Marsha Walker are listed among the contributors 
to the study design. I'm confident that they gave good advice, but 
whether or not it was taken is another issue. I can't find anything 
on the NCS site, so I just e-mailed the NCS and asked them directly. 
If I get a response, I'll post the information.
