Dear Heather:

I'm still not seeing those discrepencies. I have been checking a colleagues scale, the scale 
where I do support groups and my own scale.  The scales are all the same.  I just checked 
this yesterday again and absolutely no difference.

Scales do need to be calibrated and if this is not done, it can lead to some inaccuracies.
