I understood your question wrongly, Karleen.
I had another look, Heleen: from www.stillen.de (FAQ): Milchspendereflex.
At first, I thought of Milchschussreflex, but Milcheinschuss is the coming
in of the milk, so something different.
Maybe Milchspendereflex is the official term and Milchflussreflex the
day-to-day way of describing the process?
