I've had several clients with different cardiac issues breastfeed 
without incident. If mom can stand the additional blood volume (which 
increases cardiac output) of pregnancy, she can certainly handle 
lactation. Breastfeeding is less work than bottle feeding, and should be 
actually easier. Mom can lay around and nurse in bed if she's feeling lousy.
Sigh.
