If you are concerned about the amount of supplement the babies are getting,
perhaps Dr. Smillie's method of supplementing before nursing would be
helpful. The method is described on Diana West's website

As long as the parents understand about needing to reduce the amount of
supplement normally used, so that the babies are still hungry enough for the
breast, then this method could be useful for a few reasons. First mom and
dad are happy that the babies are still getting supplemented, second, the
amount of supplement is decreased, as well as having the babies associate
fullness and satisfaction with being at the breast, rather than the bottle,
and third, it may help stimulate mom to produce more milk if the babies are
spending more time at the breast.
Since mom has had issues with infertility, and PCOS is a leading cause of
infertility perhaps Goat's Rue would work well for her. There is info on
