Does the baby have unrestricted access to the breast? Does it have a dummy?
If it's hotter than normal, is she giving the baby more access to the
breast? Is she herself drinking more? Baby sweating will reduce the
urine, but will not necessarily mean not enough fluids are being taken in.
Babies in hot countries don't need extra fluids, but they will have more
breast if they're using up more water in sweat. :-)
