There is obviously more than we are told.... aap lists it a "usually
compatible with    breastfeeding".... Tom notes that in higher does (60mg
ever 4-6 hours) there were 4 cases of neonatal apnea.. 

So, I suspect that it is not the drug as much as the dosing that may have
been the problem.
