I am hoping someone can help. I am wondering if anyone knows of a study or
some research that compares prenatal groups who received instruction
regarding the benefits of breastfeeding versus groups who were taught both
the benefits of breastfeeding and the risks of formula feeding.

Currently expecatant families in my area are told of the benefits of
breastfeeding but not informed about the risks of formula feeding. It is
therefore difficult for them to make a truly informed decision as to how they
will feed their baby. This in turn impacts breastfeeding initiation and duration
rates.

Any assistance you can offer is much appreciated.
