This article has created some discussion among us here in the UK.

The account of what happened at the NCT class is so wide of the mark
- the breastfeeding counsellor concerned has given a report of what
happened, and this poor mother has totally twisted it to make it
sound confrontational and unhelpful.

We have an annual 'breastfeeding awareness week' in the UK and we are
very ambivalent about it - because the media *always* have run
'backlash' pieces on the back of it.

Clearly, this mother was not supported to breastfeed successfully,
and was badly let down by the people whose job it is to help her. But
she throws her anger at the people working to promote breastfeeding :(
