Hi Jaye,  oh you know, they will tell you (the pedi) that she will probably need 
a z-plasty using laser, and how difficult it will be to find a ENT to do this.  
sorry very sarcastic with the tongue ties these days.  It may be true that this 
is one of those that requires a laser z-plasty, but talk to an experienced ENT 
group.  You know the local one where we live...Maybe she can get a opinion 
from them.  Hopefully, it wont cost and arm and a leg.  (just a frenulum).
