Call me naïve but I from these postings it seems that many hospitals in the
US are still giving away free formula. This seems to be despite a far larger
number of LCs being employed in the US than here in the UK.
Any IBCLCs that work under this are surely contravening their code of
conduct.
How do you word under this system? 
It seems an excuse to say hospitals are waiting for Baby Friendly to do any
thing about it.
