Kate Sharp and I worked with a baby with Beckwith Wiedemann syndrome.
Mom got very bad advice in the hospital (discouraged from pumping) so
she had great difficulty with supply. The main issue was that the baby's
very large tongue was not very effective at removing milk from the
breast. We used a very wide based bottle to ensure he got her pumped and
donor milk, and mom put him to breast for whatever he would get from
her, and she pumped frequently. After he had his tongue reduced
surgically, he breastfed well, and continued breastfeeding for a
biologically normal period of time.
Since your friend's daughter is already pumping, she might have more
success with the baby actually transferring milk, especially since the
co-twin may be able to stimulate milk ejections that the baby with BWS
could take advantage of.
