Ann Perry asked about a mother with PCOS who has virtually no milk despite the best care.
There are others on this list who are more knowledgeable than I am about PCOS and I am sure they will provide PCOS-specific experience. However, I'd like to make one comment. Don't assume that because the mother had a C-Section there won't be retained products. I have known it to happen after a C-Section, even though it shouldn't.
This poor mother has gone through so much to conceive and birth her children, including a pregnancy loss, and will value your support.
