Kim,

An Italian research group has written a review article called " Prolactin
and autoimmunity" Pituitary. 2005;8(1):25-30.De Bellis A, Bizzarro A,
Pivonello R, Lombardi G, Bellastella A.

The article describes some autoimmune conditions where prolactin levels
might be elevated due to prolactin secretion from extrapituitary sites,
including immune cells.
