Looking for feedback, experience, input to support staffing of RD's who are IBCLC's for inpatient services in addition to RN's.  Have great team which includes RD's now, but with review of role I need information to support that RD's are equally prepared to serve mothers in the hospital setting.  Many hospitals seem to only allow RN's in the role.
