Hi All,
I work in a small community hospital that has been able, up until now, to
provide free lactation services, both inpatient and outpatient. With
declining revenues, we need to look at ways to fund our lactation program
to keep it going. I posted a request earlier for any information on how
you all bill for inpatient and/or outpatient charges, but didn't get any
responses. I have also searched the archives. If any of you have
information on billing, charges, dealing with insurance companies, etc., I
would really appreciate the info. Please email me privately, and thanks
for your help in advance.
Carolyn Jacobson, BSN, RNC, IBCLC
