La Leche League has a summary of Texas law here, and it is very clear:
http://www.lalecheleague.org/Law/Bills36.html
" Sec. 165.002. Right to Breast-Feed
A mother is entitled to breast-feed her baby in any location in which
the mother is authorized to be."
The full law is accessible here:
http://tlo2.tlc.state.tx.us/statutes/hs.toc.htm
There are no qualifications to the statement above; that is chapter
165, section 2 in its entirety.
