contact your local public health dept, or, contact a local hospital's OB or  
Ped clinic for needy families, offer the pumps to the MCH nurse staff,  offer 
an in-service to teach the staff about pump use and how to teach expectant  
and new moms about use, or offer to attend the mother -baby clinic and show Bf  
moms in need how to use the pump.
