Dear Friends:
    Yes, I second what she said. Posts that rile me up are ones that teach. 
And it is easy to disregard a post that I don't like to read. I just scroll 
down. Or read it anyway and get mad and then keep reading. 
    I wonder if part of the challenge of internet communication is that words 
are trapped when they are written.
    I just had a round of hurt feelings with a friend who mistook the words I 
wrote with deepest sarcasm, as true reflections of my feelings. I realized 
that my tone, my sneer and raised eyebrow, were not part of the message. 
    And who among us hasn't had the experience of hitting "send now" and then 
smacking our forehead in disgust/annoyance/fury/embarassment/apology?
