The same thing happened to me. I put up the poster of babe asleep on mom's chest, face turned toward the breast, left arm wrapped around w/fingers touching the nipple, blissful smile of babe's face. Caption was to the effect of: "All I needed to know in life, I learned at my mother's breast". This was tacked on a board near the NICU.

Returned to work after hanging it. Poster was gone. Replaced poster.
Returned to work after rehanging it. Found 3"x5" white card scotch-taped over the breast/nipple. Removed the card by cutting the tape.
Whoever it was didn't do more to the poster. I left it up for a month before changing the board.
Some people, even in the nursing profession,  just have problems with exposed breasts.
