I am a new Lactnet re-subscriber - was one when Lactnet first started - then
changed "networks" and am now back on. I am a hospital based LC - IBCLC.
Work Birthing Services as RN as well as only LC in the area. Do in and out
patient as well as classes. I am the mother of 3 - a 20 year old junior at
MSU, 17 year old senior in High School and 13 year old son who lived in a
group home. He had many congenital anomilies - which included facial
paralysis so he could not suck. I used cup feeding long before it was
"fashionable" - and it worked!! - so much better than gavaging!!
I look forward to all the lively discussion and valuable information
sharing........
