Thanks for that interesting list!

I just wanted to add that in Tess Gerristen's "Vanished," breastfeeding is
not portrayed in a very positive light, with the main character finally
caving and giving her newborn formula, and then discussing how much easier
life is and how much better she and her baby are sleeping.

(I almost wrote the author a letter about this!!)
