In our nursery, we carry 5Fr and 6.5Fr... and in my opinion, the 6.5Fr is
quite a bit larger.  All it takes is the addition of one fortifier to the
breast milk and it sometimes has a HARD time flowing through a 5Fr.  Not so
with a 6.5Fr.  But do realize I'm coming from the perspective of using these
as nasogastric tubes and not for the purpose you are intending to use it
for.  It's definitely NOT double in size... we also carry 8Fr tubes... those
would be about double.
