Fatty liver disease during pregnancy is really a very big deal: it's one of
those things that we didn't know about for years and years, that would cause
"unexplainable" stillbirths.
I can't think of a reason why fatty liver would cause problems with milk
supply -- BUT! Many of these moms are also working their way toward Type 2
diabetes and metabolic syndrome. These are the moms you look at and think,
"Hmmmmm.....a little PCOS there somewhere?? Hormone problems?"
I don't have time today to go look up my references (we do Perifacts from
Strong Memorial in Rochester, NY USA as continuing ed, and we did this topic

I didn't see anything about breastfeeding in the article....unfortunately
