I started with Union in September of this year.  You really do have to be well 
organized and have strong boundaries as far as getting your work done.  I'm 
always falling behind.  Secondly, you have to be very proactive in your 
learning.  There is no handholding here, and you need to communicate with 
the instructors on a regular basis and if you aren't sure of anything.  So far, in 
my experince, they are there for you, but you have to initiate contact before 
the semester begins, and be persistent.
